Contact us beforehand with questions regarding sampling containers. Please use a shipping method that allows us to track your samples and send us the tracking number at the time of shipment. Samples should be shipped to:

We can—and do—accept samples requiring chain-of-custody handling. We have secure storage locations for samples. A blank chain-of-custody form is available here.
We routinely hold all remaining sample material for 120 days after analysis is complete. We can return remaining sample materials and the sample containers upon request. After 120 days, remaining material will be properly disposed of.
Turnaround time depends on sample type and the analysis requested. Typically, we can analyze samples within 4-6 weeks of receipt. Expedited analysis is available, upon request, for a fee.

We have standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all analytical services we offer. In most cases, SOPs were developed during research investigations and have been published in a summarized format in the peer-reviewed literature. If needed, complete SOPs are available upon request.
Yes. We take quality assurance and quality control very seriously. All company employees adhere to the company’s Quality Assurance Management Plan and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) during sample preparation and analysis. Please see this for more information. If you have additional questions about data quality, please contact us.
We generate a report summarizing the analyses completed and the data generated from those analyses for each set of samples submitted to us. If data interpretation was also requested, we will include a summary of our interpretation in the report. An example data summary report without interpretation can be found here.
We offer data interpretation and consulting on an hourly basis. Please contact us for more information and to discuss the particular help you require.
You will be invoiced for the full cost of sample analysis after all analyses are complete and we have delivered a summary report of your data. For specific billing questions, please contact us.
